ABOUT THE SOCIOCRACY IN ACTION SERIES
The four-workshop series starts with an introduction to effective decision making, followed by more in-depth sessions focussing on the elements of ‘picture-forming’, ‘proposal shaping’ and micro-facilitation skills.
Come to Any or Come to All: While these workshops can be taken as a course, each session is stand-alone, so you can come to any or all of them.
2021 series not yet scheduled.
THE PRESENTERS
The series is presented by members of Narara Ecovillage Co-operative. We use sociocracy as our process for self governance, and believe it is fundamental to the success of our community and project. We want to share our learning with the wider community, and assist to develop these truly valuable skills.
